Because of the mystery nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Every scoop is a surprise, and that's part of the fun! 💕
However, we want you to be happy — if you receive an item that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily send a free replacement or offer another resolution.
📝 Order Changes & Cancellations
- Wrong address or info? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make corrections.
- Need to cancel? You may cancel your order within 2 hours. After that, cancellation may not be possible as your order may already be in production or packed.
